    Form I 797 C

    Hello guys,

    I am new here. I have a question in regard with my asylum case.

    I am international student. I applied for asylum two months ago. I received a receipt and form I 797 C. for bio-metric and fingerprint capture. I went to the immigration office
    and completed all procedures. I check online for my status, but every time I get a feedback that is invalid case number.

    Does that affect on my status if I stop going to school?

    Yunus, If you stop going school your sevis will be terminated and you'll be out of status.
    later if your Asylum case got refused you'll not have any chance to become legal. so continue studies learn something you are lucky to have an option to study.
