  • I-130 was approved I have a Notice of Hearing in Removal Proceedings

Im currently lost, I feel like i have trusted my attorney and he just might not be doing enough. Im starting to wonder why this is taking so long. I have now been married for almost 2 years and my I-130 has been approved, but we cant move forward because of my Hearing in Removal Proceedings. My date for my hearing has been pushed since 2013. My new hearing date was scheduled for Feb 3rd just 4 days ago on Jan 20th 2017 I received a letter pushing my hearing to February 26th, 2021. The date being pushed so far back makes me feel hopeless at times, Is there another way to go about this? Can i apply for a I-140? Should i go to a different attorney? Is it normal to wait this long? I have been reporting to an ICE agent every 4 months and have no criminal record no misdemeanors. Please advise.
