    AOS Petition approved based on U visa [19 Months and 17 days wait is over]

    Hi Everyone!

    A long wait is finally over. Earlier this morning my attorney notified me about the update on my case (He beat me to it as I check it daily). Green Card is being produced as of today (July 13th 2022)My petition for AOS has been approved based on U visa.

    Vermont Service Center
    AOS petition received Nov 26 2020

    Sup B not re-signed.
    No RFE

    PS
    A long journey finally ended. Aggravated robbery took place on June 16th 2009 and U visa process started in 2013. Finally a long wait is over.
    I was in the same boat as everyone else, waiting for the good news. But believe me you guys will hear that news soon

      This long wait will be over soon. I know you mentioned about RFE. Did you get any update on family members?

        Nothing updated till now,my case and yours all dates almost same from u visa approval to AOS filing, approval of combo card.i don't know how long it will take time .only hope hope hope,nothing else
