HI Guys,latest update in my case. Applied AOS 2020 Nov, 2021 april received 1 year validity combo card to my self,wife son and daughter.expired april 2022, 2022 jan 5th sent all 4 EAD application to vermont,15th april 2022 received EAD card to my wife and daughter good for 2 years.still no any progress my and son application's,so waitng game is going on.......

I also have new update just receive a message from USCIS that my EAD renewals is being process. My new EAD card is being issued. I apply for the renewal on November 15 2021. Still waiting for the green card. Case on Vermont

So I just read from a Facebook group forum that a person who applied case in Vermont center on December 8, 2021 just got approved today for her adjustment of status. I'm just in shocked since I been waiting since December 2020 for mine to be approved. What is going on on Vermont Center?Comment

Hi guys, first week of this month i received 3 RFE(out of 4 applications)my self, wife and daughter.son he didn't received. for me asked only copies of passport, for wife and daughter asked self affidavit, and 3 years continuous present related all documets.any how everything sent wht they asked, online status updated we received your reply.Comment

EAD and AP given for 1 year
Applied for EAD again and got EAD approved for 2 years in March 2022.
Now awaiting GC delivery

A long journey finally ended. Agg robbery took place June 16th 2009 and U visa process started in 2013. Finally a long wait is over.

Finally my AOS has been approved on july 26th, my wife, and my daughter AoS approved on21st july,but my son application still pending.we are all 2020 nov 5th applicants ,service center is vermont.Comment

U-Visa Approved: 02/21/2019
AOS Documents Sent and Received in Nebraska: 05/31/2022 Biometrics from previous case were applied.
NEW EAD CARD IS BEING PRODUCED: 08/05/2022
