I cam to usa on B1 visa in lieu of H1b. Bu the officer stamped on my i-94 NO EOS, NO COS, NO AOS..

No EOS/COS/AOS means that the consulate officer is advising that you can't extend or change your status. Even though this is on your I-94, you can still apply for an extension or change of status (but not adjustment).Originally posted by piyushsudha View Post
