U visa GC , Advance Payroll and EAD processing time

Hi,
I got U visa 3 yrs back and my lawyer applied for GC in this month October 2022 along with EAD and advance payrole

Can anyone tell me how long it takes to get advanced payrole and EAD.I also applied with my lawyer to waive my processing fee due to financial crisis

How long does it take to receive GC or new EAD?

My timeline:
UVisa Application Received in Nebraska: 12/29/14
U-Visa Approved: 02/21/2019
AOS Documents Sent and Received in Nebraska: 05/31/2022 Biometrics from previous case were applied.
NEW EAD CARD IS BEING PRODUCED: 08/05/2022
New EAD mailed: 08/10/2022….. attorney received it on 08/12/22
Picked up New EAD from attorney: 08/15/22


Recent updates:

09/02/2022 Form I131: Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken

09/08/2022 Form 485: Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken

10/05/2022 Form I131: Advanced Parole Document was Produced

10/14/22 Picked up Advanced Parole Document from my attorney’s office.

U-visa approved 2019
Submitted AOS I485 April of 2022
March 6, 2023 I got RFE (copies of passport pages, Continuous Physical Presence for 2019 bank statements, utilities bill etc. self affidavit. And a copy of my I-797 Notice of Action granting nonimmigrant status.
I replied within a week.
As of today when I check online it says, On March 21, 2023, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number LINxxxxxxxxx. USCIS has begun working on your case again. We will send you a decision or notify you if we need something from you.
According to the letter I got, they should have a decision within 60 days.
