    Hello

    I have applied for U visa in Jan 2015, my application was received on 2nd Feb 2015. bio metrics were done in the same month. Me and my wife have submitted I 765 with U visa application. Do we need to separately file I 765 for DA?
    I have read online that if application was done before April 2015, we don't have to submit another I 765 for DA and they will use the same I 765 for DA.

    Any help is appreciated
