    Can I file for a labor certification if I am on TN

    I have been on TN visa for 5 years now. I have not been to successfully port to H1. Any advice

    Technically the TN visa is a non dual intent visa. However, if your dates are current and you can file the adjustment of status concurrently with the Form I-140, it might be possible. In fact, there are good chances it works. Call us, we shall be glad to help.
