L1B duration questions if there is 1 year gap between two stays

Hello,

I am on L1B visa, was valid till Aug 2012,

First Transfer:
I came to US on Aug 2009 on L1B stayed till May 2014 (9 months)

Went Back to India for more than 1 year (May 2010 to Aug 2011 == 1 year 3 months)

Second Transfer:

Again I came back from same employer on same Visa on Aug 2011 (Visa is expiring on Aug 2012) got I94 stamped till Aug 2014

Now my company is planning for L1B Extension, want to know how long can I stay more in US.

1. Do you think when I went back for more that 1 year my eligibility got rest to 5 years again. or 9 months from earlier first visit will be cut down in extension?

2. If I apply for H1B how long I will get time on my petition?

Date correction done of
First Visit Aug 2009 to May 2010

Gap : Stayed in India (May 2010 to Aug 2011 )

Second Stay : Aug 2011 to till now (I94 valid till Aug 2014)

No it's going to now not paintings due to the fact you will not be a transferred from anywhere. So EB1C will now not definitely until there are a few...
