    hello there,
I have been in the US for 5 years this past July, and finally my employer decided to apply to my GC. Now of course, I have some questions flying in my mind.... Ok, first and foremost, I am currently a L1B Visa holder, I hold a managerial position within my company, and all my status changes were made within proper time. However, my biggest concern is my education, since I have not completed a bachelor degree I was wondering if it could play a role in the final outcome of my change of Status from L1B to GC, and if there was any specific advise or action to be taken in order to ensure a higher possibility of getting the GC.

    Thank you

If you go L1B GC EB2 route, yes the education will play a role. However, you might be able to go straight EB1c. I will recommend you call us at 510 742 5887, we can assess.
