My L1 renewal was denied, what do I do now?

I filed a L1A petition from Singapore. The case was approved and I came to the US in October 2011. I file an extension and it was denied yesterday.

1) Am I out of status On november 1 2012?
2) Can I file an H1B
3) Do I have to leave?

I think you are, you should probably leave and then come back with a different visa. Maybe you can stay but check with a lawyer first
