    Hi Friends,

    Thanks for looking into this post.

    I have applied for H4 EAD for my wife based on my Previous employee i140, I got an RFE saying my Previous i140 was revoked. I came to know about i140 revoked only then. In RFE they have asked a list of documents to submit. I am currently on 7th Year of my H1B. My H1B is extended 3 more years based on AC21 104(c).

    Did anyone came across this same situation ? Can you please guide me what are the documents i need to submit for the RFE ?

    Will i ever get H4 EAD for my wife with just based on H1B extended more than 6 years ? since i dont have a valid i140 now.

    Can i send just i129 which mentioned about extending the H1B more than 6 years based on Ac21 104(c) ? Will this be enough to get H4 EAD Approved ?

    My current company has applied for labor last month not sure when i will get my i140 approved.

    PLease help !!
