H4 EAD approved, but a withdrawal notice was sent earlier. What happens next?

    H4 EAD approved, but a withdrawal notice was sent earlier. What happens next?

    Hi

    I moved from H1 to H4 EAD. H4/H4EAD application was filed on 28-April-16. A withdrawal notice was sent to USCIS on July 19th. Now, H4/H4EAD got approved on Aug-1. Need to know what happens when the withdrawal application is processed by USCIS

    1. Is the withdrawal application gets void automatically, since the H4EAD is already approved? OR
    2. USCIS will revoke the approved H4/H4EAD once its processes the withdrawal application
    3. If step 2 happens, am I able to continue working on H1? Will I need to go out of country or initiate a new H1 request?

    We want to keep the approved H4 EAD, pls suggest what options do we have?

    1. If already approved then they can either consider the withdrawal at a later stage or ignore it. You need to contact them and make it clear.
