    H4EAD and H1 approved

    Hi Shah,
    I am working on H4 EAD and my H1B(fresh applied this year) got approved yesterday.
    In such a case what happens

    1) Does this mean Iam on H1B status as of yesterday.
    2) Iam currently employed on H4 EAD so do I have some time to do the switch from H4 EAD to H1.
