    H1B amendment along with Spouse H4 COS & H4-EAD

    Hello Shah,

    I want to apply my wife's F1-H4 COS and H4 EAD concurrently.
    Also, I would be filing my H1 Amendment in 2 weeks as I am changing my job.

    My current H1B is valid till Nov 2017 and my I140 is approved.

    Question 1 :
    Can I file my wife's F1-H4 COS and H4 EAD along with H1B Amendment Premium Processing? Will the premium processing be applicable for both H1B & H4 COS?

    Question 2 :
    Or should I file my H1 B Amendment and my wifes F1-H4 COS & H4 EAD separately ?
    In this case, if I file my wife's F1-H4 COS & H4 EAD with current H1B and while its in Pending Process, I file my H1B Amendment in Premium.
    Will H4 COS get delayed or would there be any RFE because I have filed my wife's H4 COS with my old H1B, but once my H1B is approved it would be new one(change in WAC number).

    Please Advise. Thank you.

    1. Yes you can but no premium on h4 usually
