Pending H4EAD : Business Issues

We had applied for the H1B+H4 and H4EAD on March 24th 2020.
H1 got approved after a RFE and coverting to PP , earlier in Aug, but H4 and H4EAD are still pending. H4-EAD card is valid till 10th Sept 2020.
My wife has a business, what happens if the EAD is not approved in time ?
How do we handle the business.
I saw online there is something called INA 245 , can we do something in that for 180 days. ??
Any feedback would be highly appreciated.
