How to get work permit in H4 Visa

Hi

Me and my wife in same MNC. My spouse already have an valid H1B visa and she will be travelling US very soon,I will be applying for H4 once she will get her LCA amendment.

Now please let me know how to get work permit easily?

JFYI:
My Nephew is an USA permanent citizen,any help for sponsorship?

Unless you have an I-140 approved or have reached more than 6 years extension you cannot get a work permit on H4. As for the nephew, he cannot really help. Call us at 5107425887 we can do a consultation.
