    Business on H4 EAD

    Mr. Shah,

    I am looking to start my own business based on H4 EAD that I have. My questions are:

    1. Do you see any concern during visa stamping for both H1 and H4?
    2. How does the business and my status get impacted during H4 EAD renewal? Lets assume due to administrative delays, there will be a gap in validity between the current H4 EAD and the renewed H4 EAD.
    3. Does it matter what kind of LLC I open? Sole proprietorship or C-corp?

    I would appreciate your opinion in this matter.
