CEAC Case Status stuck on "Ready" for H4 Dropbox stamping

    CEAC Case Status stuck on "Ready" for H4 Dropbox stamping

    My wife and I had submitted our passports and documents for H1b and H4 visa renewal stamping via Interview waiver program (dropbox) . My H1B visa was stamped but for my wife the CEAC status is showing "Ready" since July 24th (Till today 30th July).
    No document has been requested till now and I have a flight next week so I am a bit concerned. I tried contacting the consulate on [email protected] and the phone numbers provided on ustraveldocs.com but they replied that nothing much can be said.
    Any idea what can be the reason for such delay and what can be done to check the status.

          US Visa stuck in Ready state

          I'm in the same situation. Status ready since 08/18 and my flight is scheduled for tomorrow. How long did it take for you? Is the problem with system resolved now? Please let me know.

                  I had submitted passport and documents for H4 renewal stamping via dropbox (Interview waiver program). But the CEAC status is showing "Ready" since 28th Nov 16 and my flight scheduled next week.
                  Any idea about this delay.
