    My extension is underway. Can I apply for the H4 EAD?

    Hi Mr Shah,
    My husbands H1B expires this September 2015 (6 years). He has an approved I-140. His company has already filed for an extension of both his H1b and my H4 together. Can I file for the H4 EAD by 26th May or should I wait till my H4 is extended.
