H4-EAD from L2-EAD for spouse (I am on L1 with H1B, CP approved I-140)

    H4-EAD from L2-EAD for spouse (I am on L1 with H1B, CP approved I-140)

    H4-EAD. Concurrent filling. I have L1 visa, with H1B in consular processing, approved I-140. What is the best way to apply H4-EAD with least amount of work disruption for my wife who is already on L2-EAD?

    Is it possible to file L1 --> H1 CP to change of status, L2-->H4 change of status in premium processing and H-4 EAD all concurrently. Will USCIS adjudicate all at the same time to avoid job interruption. I understand H-4 EAD has no premium processing, my goal here is to find out if all these changes can be done at the same time. It would be painful to loose job for a short while due to procedural steps as both L2-EAD and H4 EAD authorize her to work.

    What would be the best way to change from L2-EAD to H4-EAD.
