My name is Bindu and iam on H4 visa and i have few questions regarding the H4 EAD Rule:

My Husband is on H1 Visa and he is in his 7th Year of his H1 Visa,Extended through Approved I -140. Incase my husband changes his job we were informed that his I 140 would be revoked by his Employer.

As per the rule will i still be eligible to receive EAD if his I 140 is revoked , Because he completed 6 years on his H1B Visa. Please Clarify. Appreciate your response

Well if the I140 is revoked your husband might not even be able to move. Bbut if he is on 6th year extension, you should be able to get the h4 ead. I will recommend taking a full consultation with us at 510742 5887, before he moves.
