H4 EAD on AC 21 106 a or b extension

Hi Shah Peerally,

I want to find eligibility for my wife H4 EAD.

I got 7th year extension H1 -B approved, but I will not complete 6 years by May 26th 2015 I got 7th year extension on basis of PERM process being pending from DOL for more than 365 days before filling my H1-B extension by my employer, can you please clarify I my wife eligible for H4 EAD.

You should be able to filed the H4 EAD based on the rule.
