I-140 Pending and planning on applying for H4 ead

First of all, thanks a lot for your efforts to get the H4 ead law.

I had a few questions regarding the H4 ead application for my wife.

1) I am on H1B and my company has filed my I-140 in November 2014 but I haven't yet received approval. Should I wait for sometime till April for it or should I request for premium processing right now?

2) I heard that they will offer 179000 eads this year. Do you think this is hard limit like the H1bs . Do you expect that it will be filled on the first day like H1Bs.

3) My H1B visa and my wife's H4 got 3 year extension last year but we didn't get a chance to get our renewed visa stamping. Will it have any impact on our application.

4) You mentioned in the radio programme that you can provide assistance in filing this application. Can you let us know the fees and when do you think we should start getting the documents ready (considering that my I-140 is not yet approved).

2 i have not heard on the limit but will check
3. No the visa stamping should not affect if status is present
