H4 EAD - Can the applicant apply directly to USCIS?

Hello,
My question was whether the applicant can file the Form I-765 with all supporting evidence directly to USCIS?
If Yes, can you please let us know how we can do that?

Yes. If you have all the documents, there are no requirements at this point to file through an employer. You can hire your own attorney. Call us at 510 742 5887 if you need help.
