H4 Options

Hi Mr. Shah
I was researchiing the options available on H4B visa for my wife and ended up on your website talking about what you cannot do on H4 (Link below)

In the end of the article you do mention that the "H4 does not allow many options for employment. However the H4 is a very flexible visa and allows for many other interesting options."

Can you please advise on what those options are?
We have been researching a lot but couldn't find anything.
