B2 to h4visa conversion

Hi... Im on a h1b visa in the us... My fiance holds a b2 visa. If she comes to us and marries me here after the 60 day waiting period, and then we apply for a change of status to h4, will there be any problems faced..? How long does the cos processing take ?? In the meantime do we also have to apply for a i94 extension??

Is it better to get married here in the Us after the 60 day wait period, thenask my fiance to go back to her home country,india, and apply for a h4 visa from there using the mariage here in usa as proof?? Will we face any problems here ??

There is no rule for that 60 days. However, she has to be in status when you change to H4. Please register, do not post as unregistered.
