H4 approval not yet received but H1B approval received by Husband

    H4 approval not yet received but H1B approval received by Husband

    Hi Mr. Shah

    My husband has COS from L1 to H1B and me from L2 to H4. My L2 - I94 expires on 10/30/2013. My husband has received his H1B approval but I haven't received H4 approval yet. His H1B comes in effect from Oct 1st,2013 , can I stay in US after Oct 1st,2013 though I have L2 - I94 valid till Oct 30th, 2013.
    I have received the H4 receipt saying USCIS have received my application. H4 was filed in July 2013.

    We have concern if I can continue my stay in US from 1st Oct,2013 legally.
    Can you please advise on this?
