    H4 stamping issues

    Hello shah,

    What categories of convictions can cause denial for H4 visa?

    Also should one mention about it on DS 160 and divulge to the consulate even if the case has been dismissed?

    This is an open ended question. Unless we can check the exact crime, I wont be able to take. Any crime which causes a bar or inadmissibility will prevent you from getting a stamp.
