H4 b to F1....But H4 better if bill for EAD is passed?

I came in to the US on a H4 in 2008. My husband is on an Advance parol and EAD..he filed an EB3 in 2004.He has been working for 8 years at an University now.(15 years in the US in total) Unfortunately, he was not able to add me to his paperwork as it never became current to do so.
I have an MBA and tried procuring jobs to no results. In 2012 I was acceted into graduate school as a Masters student (MS) and so am able to work/study and be in CPT/OPT etc.
But is it better to revert back to an H4 if the bill is passed? as that way I wount have the pain of being on an OPT and look for H4 sponsors before it elapses. Or should I be on an OPT and aquire a job instead.


Please advice.

The bill has not passed so do not change your plans. Once it passed then you can always go back to H4. Please do not change your plans

Thank you! I know.....I will definetly not change my status before the bill is passed.
I am hoping it does. However, at this time it dosent matter...I atleast have an OPT.... people dont have that either.
So I am content with the opportunities I will get through my Masters at this moment.
