  • Can I work full time with both employers ( A & B) at same time

I am on H1b working full time with company "A" from past 18 months. An H-1B Change of Employer petition and request for premium processing was filed with the USCIS from Company "B".

Since I have two legal H1B Receipts, Can I work full time with both employers ( A & B) at same time. I will get two pay checks & two W-2's.

Unless you get a concurrent H1B you can't. You need to amend the H1Bs. Also doing full time on both is quite problematical

After ensuring that you are not breaking rules or policies of your contract, I don't think that working for two employers would be an issue. But still, just to be 200 percent sure, do consult with friends or people who are already doing this.

It will be a little difficult for you to work simultaneously with both the companies. If you are highly flexible and hard working you can get it through. all the best.
