My question: I was on h1 in company A. Then i joined company B on h1 transfer receipt notice. H1 transfer was not approved yet but joined on h1 receipt notice. But after joining, transfer is taking very long time (more than 6 months) and also got RFE which reply is in process. At this point of time, due to some unrelated circumstances, i am also thinking to move to other company C.
1) Is it even possible for me to switch from company B to company C when i don't yet have company B's h1 approval notice? Or i have to wait till approval?
2) If I stay in company B, and h1 transfer doesn't go through, what are my options? ( All my documentation is proper so i don't think it won't go through, but still wanted to be aware of options)
