Hello Mr. Shah,
I have a small question regarding the change of address of my employer.
My employer will continue to have the same name, tax ID etc. We will be moving only 2 blocks (for bigger office space).
There is no material change in working conditions, management structure etc. It's a simple moving to a new office down the street.
What paperwork does this require on my firm's end?
