Options for F-1 OPT Undergrad in Business who couldn't file for H1B on time.

I graduated with a bachelors degree in business from SJSU in May 2012, and have been on OPT ever since. Unfortunately, I haven't been successful in finding a job that sponsors H1B and am out of luck with this years quota. I do not have STEM extension. I do not want to enroll in a masters program due to my financial situation.

Assuming I do not want to do my masters, do you think enrolling in ITU and working on CPT for an H1B consultant until next April is a good idea? Will I run into any trouble in future?

What do you think would be the best move given my situation?

Although many people do this, the idea is not a great one for at least two reasons:
1. Depends on The school standing.
2 CPT is not a work permit to be used to circumvent the system. We are seeing more and more denials and NOID based solely on such practices.
