Hello Mr. Shah,
I listen to your radio show very often and appreciate greatly all the information you share on the show. It has helped me education myself on a lot of immigration related topics.
I have a couple of questions,
1. I recently heard your show where you mentioned the importance of submitting the change of Address Form(AR 11) within 10 days. I moved to CA from IA about almost 4 years ago, and I believe I have filed the AR 11 but just for confirmation, how can I check if the change of address has been filed?
2. I am currently on H1B, have got an approved PERM and I140 and waiting for the dates to apply for the EAD. I work for a consulting firm based out of Irving, TX. I also went to school in Wichita, KS and got my Masters in Computer Engineering. I have not visited INDIA for 5 years now and would like to take a trip soon, but I am concerned about the stamping issues I have been reading online. I have never had a visa rejection, my company says that none of its employees have had any rejections, but they advice me to hold off the trip unless absolutely necessary. The only pressing demand for my trip is I have not seen my family for 5 years and they are not willing to visit me. What is your suggestion/recommendation, should I take the risk and travel? I believe I will be able to get all the required documents but nobody knows for sure what all documents the consulate will ask.
Thank you
