    It is true that without the pay stub, it might be hard to transfer. However, we have seen cases where the H1B transfer is approved despite no check stub. If the company has not revoked the H1B, they are still bound to pay the prevailing wage. If they are not paying, your brother can put a complaint with the DOL. With this complaint your transfer is assured. We have done many of such cases before.

    Transferring an H1B visa without pay stub

    My brother wants to transfer his case from company A. Company A has not paid him for two months. One of the months he actually worked. I have heard that without the pay check stub, he won't be able to transfer. He talked to the company and they say they are unable to help.
    Please let me know what we can do next.
