H1B Transfer

Hi,

I was changed my job here from L1B to H1B with Employer X, And i have worked with Employer X for 1 year (From Pct 2011 to Sep 2012).

And then i have changed my Job with Employer Y in Oct 2012 and the Transfer is still in progress (Got the receipt no# but havent got final approval).

Now i am getting a Good company Offer, Can i go ahead with H1B Transfer while other process in progress? What are all the things we should take in place in this situation.

I will not recommend transferring until it is approved since you have already moved. It will be good to do a premium processing then do a new transfer. However, it is possible but needs to done properly. I will recommend talking to the attorney handling the cases for the new company and asking them if they know how to proceed on this.
