    Hi Shaw,

Thanks for your Great radio show helping the community with very generous heart.
Ours is a small IT company in operation for last 2 years with only 3 employees.
Can we sponspor h1b for one of our employee who is on OPT right now.
Also, what should be the minimum requirement of revenues a company should have.

    Thanks
    Kumar.

Thank you for your kind words Kumar. As the previous writer mentioned there is no strict requirement on the number of employees. However, there is a requirement that you have end clients for them and the projected profits will allow you to pay them. The following article might help you in preparing for this. However, if you have any questions, feel free to call us at 510 7425887.

Indeed, we've done H1Bs for startups with no income. If you're a consulting company, all you need is proof of a client project (which entails specific forms of documentation). If you're not a consulting company and will have the worker be employed in house, then you should have a pro forma financial statement and proof of financial ability (an experienced immigration attorney can help assess what sorts of documents would suffice).
