Can someone have both H1B visa and a B2 at the same time?

Hi,

I am thinking to apply both the visa's at same time. So can you elaborate the both terms & conditions and whats the process to applying this.

You cannot really for two such immigrant visa simultaneously. However, in case you have both on the passport, you still not have two status. I will recommend trying the b1 or b1 in lieu of the h1b first. Then the h1b. Good luck
