    Delay in Receipts from USCIS - anything to worry about?

    Many clients call our office after their cases are filed and delivered asking for their USCIS receipts immediately. Unfortunately due to delays and also the Hurricane Sandy, there might be delays in many of such receipts from 2 weeks to 4 weeks. If you have not received your receipt after 4 weeks, we recommend you call the USCIS at their 1-800-375-5283. For updates on immigration, keep checking our online radio and download our apps
