    Uploading document in ELIS after case submit

    My H4 to F1 COS case is pending review for 4 months now (submitted Dec 2014, ELIS, Vermont).

    On the forum I am reading that a top cause of RFE is that sufficient documents related to intent to travel back to home country was not submitted (property document, utility bills, etc.). Will it help my case if I proactively upload such evidence document to the ELIS website before my application goes under review?

      I don't recommend that, it is better to wait and answer on the RFE. There might be issues on this system.
