  • H4 to F1 RFE (Already attending Clsses on H4)

I have applied for Change of Status from H4 to F1. As per I20, Total cost per Academic Year 24K . I have submitted Bank Letter showing funds 27K. Recently I got an RFE asking to submit 3 months Bank Statements PRIOR to Applying Change of Status. My 3 PRIOR Bank Statements Balance is as below: MAY 7K, JUNE 12K, JULY 22K. I have multiple Deposits, Counter Credits into my Account from Friends as I was accumulating Funds.

Something which I have NOT notified to USCIS while applying Change of Status:
On H4 Status, I have Already registered and attended Classes 4 Credits each Semester for Spring JAN 2014 & Summer MAY 2014. For FALL Registered 9 Credits asFULL Time Student.Applied Change of Status in JULY hoping I will get F1 by start of FALL Semester. But got RFE.

Already paid Tuition Fee for 17 Credits out of 36 Credits. Is it ok submit my Tuition Fee Receipts, Grades attained? Multiple Deposits in my Statements OK? Please advise better way of answering the RFE. Thanks!!

It seems your evidence should prove that you have the means to pay. I hope by this time the case was approved.
