  • H4 to F1

    Hello Mr.Shah

First of all please accept my applause in taking a huge step towards creating awareness on h4 visa. I appreciate your kind clarification with my issue. Im on h4. I have M.S in STEM field from US. But due to visa restrictions, i planned on converting to f1 by enrolling in ITU. I planned to enroll in an mba program and thereupon work in cpt. Do you think when I apply for h1b next year, could this pose a threat. Also, what documents will the uscis look into when i apply for h1b next year. In the new immigration reform bill i dont see a pact on h4 at all Its disheartening...is it something im missing or there is really no provision made for us...Thanks for your time and advice.

Thanks a ton for your clarification. I'll call to your office for a more professional and personal consultation if needed. Will discuss the further steps with my husband. Once again I can't thank you enough for getting the problem on h4 out and creating awareness on the same, hopefully something will favor a stride towards us as well.

H4 to F1 visa interview question

I am on H4 visa in US currently. I got admission from a reputed university for MS program for Fall 2015. I am going to India for F1 stamping. Please suggest me some answers for "Why do you want to study on F1 not on H4?".
