Hi Shah,
I was wondering if you can help me with this query:
I have got an approved I-140 from my current employer.
I am wondering if there is a cooling period after I-140 approval before I can carry forward the priority date if I choose to switch to a different employer.
This is assuming the job with the new employer will be of similar nature to my current job.
I am to believe that the new employer will have to do a new PERM and I-140 anyways. But I am keen to know if there are any cooling period involved before I can claim to retain my priority dates from the previous I-140.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Sam
