  • Visa bulletin February 2013 is out! China EB2 moved forward, India stays sept 1,2004!

The visa bulletin February 2013 is out and while EB 2 Mainland China moved forward to January 15, 2008, India stays backward to September 1, 2004.
This is quite depressing and further from our hopeful predictions. We all hope we will have some changes coming soon to make the waiting time more bearable for candidates from India.
