I have got a job offer from a company who wants me to work 36 hours as a salaried employee with all the benefits. They are going to apply for my green card as well. But I was not totally sure if the company could file my green card if I work only 36 hours. They are telling me even with 36 hours I am considered full time. But I want to be totally sure before I accept the offer. I have I-140 from my current employer and I work as a 40 hours full time salaried employee for my current employer. Could you please help me with this?
