There must be a guardian mention on your property documents which will be owner of your property. If you don't mention any person than the court will decide who will be the owner of your property if you died and mostly its your family members.

When you fill out the Property form there must be an option which is mentioned as Next of kin .
So you can fill this form, next to kin can be anyone your brother, mother or father. After your death they will contact next of kin .

I think its the right answer that you need. But you must select that person when you get the ownership of property in other state so that court will declare that person the owner of property after your death.
