  • Do not ignore your credit card debts - it can really haunt you!

We had a very interesting situation today where a person who owed $3500 on a credit ignored a summon and found out after judgment she owed $115,000 and a lien on her house. The attorney representing the finance company added attorney fees and charges on the judgment. Now to clear this - will be a headache but we are ready for the challenge - bottom line do not ignore the collection agencies or creditors - www.yourdebtsettlementattorney.com

For a long time, depending if judgment is filed or not?

I am absolutely satisfied with Shah. If you are in credit card debt and due to some situation beyond control, you are not able to pay it then the better option before you is to bring the clear facts before your creditors and they will surely help you in the shape of negotiating the amount or they may extend your payment time. If you hide clear facts , then they will think that you are avoiding the payment and they may take rigorous action against you.
        Thanks

I have found one really interesting article, talking on how credit card companies use some tricks to keep you in debt:

          • They make it easy for you to spend money. Just because you have a certain limit does not mean you should go on a spending spree, and buy whatever you want.
          • When you spend, the thought of how you are going to pay for it may never enter your head. The bill will arrive, and reckless spending could leave you with a paying problem.
          • Credit cards are often thought of as an extension to one’s income, and used as such until payments have to be made and not enough money is available to pay.
          • You may use your card until it is maxed-out, and then the only amount you will be able to spend is the amount you pay in, less interest and charges of course.

          Source:
Paying a minimum balance on your card will keep you in debt for a long time! All credit card companies give you the option to pay off your balance with small, minimum monthly payments. Although this option can give you some financial relief, it is really designed to keep you forever in debt, especially when … Continue reading "Tricky Ways That Credit Card Companies Use to Keep You in Debt!"

I have to agree with you on this one, I have experienced difficulties on the past regarding debt and it totally damaged my credit score, even after I consulted a financial advisor, I failed to do the things which I was advised to do.

When people search online for actual assistance to solve their financial issues, I'm sick of witnessing them being utterly duped. To entice you to sign their contract, all of these con artists that hack into your account promise to repair your credit. You make the regular payments but receive nothing in exchange. My credit ratings actually decreased throughout the roughly one year that I used them. We had a very sick child and numerous medical debts, and when they enquired about them in an effort to dispute them, it essentially simply renewed the debt, lowering our credit scores. Then, we were inexperienced and stupid. The real deal is quicksilver skriptor (at) proton ma il (dot) co m.
