    How can one get temporary resident permission from US government? How much time it will take and what are the necessary conditions to get this permission?

      for the eligibility of temporary resident permit, your need to enter or stay in US must outweigh the health or safety risks to US society, as determined by an immigration or a border services officer. Even if the reason you are inadmissible seems minor, you must demonstrate that your visit is justified.

      As well as the issuance of temporary resident permit will not be guaranteed though. If you would like to receive a permit, you will have to pay a processing fee, which may not be refundable.
