Is this possible to get visa in One month ?

I am a lawyer in India. my client is migrating from India to California , U.S on Work visa for three years.
Is that possible to migrate his wife and his child with him. he will go from India on 20 July 2016, So is this possible to get visa of his wife and child within the date of 20 July ? please suggest your advice through http://simranlaw.com .

Hi. You can apply for a US visa but it may take more than a month like 60 days. If all your documents are complete also it is hard to get an appointment, so apply 3 months prior.
